Bloodmobile Fund

In 2007, bloodmobiles accounted for 34,230 units of blood. That number is projected to increase in 2008 and onward as the Oklahoma Blood Institute reaches out to even more remote communities of our state. While there are currently eight bloodmobiles in use across Oklahoma, the life span of a heavily used bloodmobile is short. This means a new bloodmobile needs to be purchased every year to ensure the highest level of safety and service for Oklahomans.
